Handprint & Footprint Craft with Extra Meaning!

Love this idea! Micah 6:8 Neat to do with child while learning verseI LOVE handprint crafts! If you can thrown in a pair of feetprints with it, well, what could be better? I still have a t-shirt with my kid's handprints on it which they made for their dad one year for Father's Day - I love those tiny prints! Hand and foot print crafts are a wonderful way to preserve a "moment" in time and a fun way to make a craft with a unique and personal touch. So, when I was browsing on Pinterest and found a craft with hand and feet prints - and a craft with meaning, I had to share it with you!

Heart Tube StampingJust follow this link for directions - all you need is paper, paint, pens, foam paint brushes and a bit of time. This could also be a great idea to put on a t-shirt for dad and mom, too! (If you do this, you'll also need some textile medium which you can find near the paints in a craft store) I'm going to make this with the boys, but use an empty tp holder tube to make the heart - see this link for directions on how to make a heart stamper out of a tp tube.

As you make this with your grandchildren, be sure to talk with them about what it means to act justly, love mercy and walk humbly. I love this craft! Ask them what they can do to act justly, love mercy and walk humbly today and make an extra craft for them to give to their Sunday School teacher to thank them for teaching them about God!
