grandma's bookshelf - My Learn to Read Bible - I'm Giving One Away!

If you are looking for a book which will help your young grandchildren learn to read, definitely take a look at My Learn to Read Bible. My grandson Josiah is four years old and is beginning to read. He wants to be able to read, so when I got this book in and sat down with him it didn't take long for him to realize he could help read the book . . . and he loved it! He didn't want to stop reading! I can guarantee you this grandma is a huge fan of My Learn to Read Bible!

My Learn to Read Bible

Ages - 4-7

Favorite Features -
  • Uses the rebus method of teaching - one which uses symbols in place of words to help children expand their vocabulary and become more confident in reading.
  • More than 100 Bible stories from the Old and New Testament - what could be a better book to help children learn to read?
  • Each story ends with a single, simple point - I love this!
  • Colorful illustrations
Josiah LOVED being able to help "read" the stories in the My Learn to Read Bible. He wanted to read story after story. I know it won't be long before he is reading all the words and this book is a great tool to help him as he moves from being a child who is read to, to becoming a child who reads! Plus, I truly love how this book is made from Bible stories so as Josiah learns to read, he also is learning more about God's Word! I'm very confident the My Learn to Read Bible will get lots of "read time" at this grandma's house!

I am delighted to say not only did Zonderkidz send me one My Learn to Read Bible to review, but they are making another available for me to give away!
