crafting with grandma - Fun, Excellent & Inexpensive Gifts - Frosted Mason Jar Candles!

Here on grandma's cookie jar I review lots of fun products - and often get to offer items for give-away - but, I am like many people in that my budget is tight so when it comes to Christmas gifts, I have to be creative if I want to give gifts to my family. So, with this in mind, this week I'm going to share with you some fun, excellent and inexpensive ideas for gifts you can make on a tight budget . . . gifts your family and friends will love to receive!

The first fun, excellent and inexpensive gift idea is for a frosted mason jar candle! I LOVE the look of this candle . . . and I LOVE how simple and inexpensive it is to make these cute jar candles! Of course I found this craft on Pinterest, if you follow this link you'll find a supply list, directions and an additional link for ordering the vinyl design - if you want to order them - but I do think it would not be terribly difficult to cut your own designs from sheets of vinyl which you can find at your local craft store. If you have a die cutter - or know a friend who does - it would be even easier to cut cute designs for your candles!

Whichever way you decide to do it, this is a cute, fun, excellent and inexpensive idea for making gifts for people on your list - gifts which they will LOVE and use! Enjoy!
