just as grandma's cookie jar should always be full of good things, this blog will be full of good ideas, information, activities and reviews of things to help grandma . . . and grandpa, mom and dad too . . . pass on a heritage of faith to the children in their lives!
Okay, I know it is a huge inconsistency for me. I truly do not like snow. It is cold, wet, cold, unpleasant to drive in and did I mention it is cold? However; in spite of how much I do not like snow - it is after all, cold - I love snowpeople! I decorate with the cute snow people all year long because I really love snowpeople! One of my favorite photos of Josiah is from a couple years ago when he and his momma built a snowbear - sooo cute! So, when I was browsing on Pinterest and found a link for snowpeople ornaments made from keys, well, I had to share it with you! Have your grandchildren help you search your junk drawers and old purses for old keys and then follow this link for the specifics on making a family of key snowpeople ornaments! You could make one to represent each person in your family and use it to tag their gift - they could hang it on their tree for years to come!
