This morning for breakfast I made fluffy, homemade, biscuit monkey bread! It was dairy-free and so delicious . . . and quick to make! You'll find the recipe for the biscuits at this link; I substituted coconut oil for the butter and almond milk for the milk so the finished product would be something Caleb could eat (I made an additional one for my son and daughter-in-law and grandsons to enjoy tomorrow morning and this way both Jackie and Caleb will be able to do so!) When the dough was ready, I shaped it into balls, rolled them in cinnamon and sugar, put them in a bundt pan and baked at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
The finished monkey bread was very tasty . . . and a great option for a quick and tasty - and fun breakfast any day! When might you make biscuit monkey bread? Enjoy!
