To help my family be "heart healthy", I almost never fry food. I also almost never cook chicken with the skin on and have reduced the amount of salt I cook with. I really like to use Swanson's Chicken and/or beef broth to make homemade soups and I love to use my slow-cooker to create tasty, tender meals . . . and fill my home with the delicious aromas of homemade meals!
