Cuisinart says, "The Cuisinart® Griddler® makes “multi-functional” an understatement! With five separate cooking options, it can handle everything from pancakes to sausages to grilled cheese to steaks, hamburgers and panini. A floating cover and one set of reversible plates that snap in and out turn the Griddler® into a Contact Grill, a Panini Press, a Full Grill, a Full Griddle, or Half Grill/Half Griddle. Dual temperature controls ensure everything is perfectly cooked!"
I like to grill food, but often - since I live in Michigan, this means grilling inside - which means I typically use the broiler in my oven. But, especially if I'm just cooking for my husband and I, I'd rather not use the broiler. The Griddler is perfect when cooking for a few - or for a lot since it can fold open to use as a full grill, too!
I'm very happy for the opportunity to give one Griddler away (USA only)!
