Special Birthday Give-Away - Cuisinart Griddler

I am very happy to announce, Cuisinart sent me one of their Griddlers for me to review . . . and they are making another available for me to give away! What is a Griddler, you ask? Well, it is a very versatile, counter-top appliance which you can use to fix practically any meal all day long!

Cuisinart 5-in-1 Griddler
Manufactured by - Cuisinart

Favorite Features -
  • Removable, reversible cooking trays - allow you to grill, use as a griddle or even to make waffles (waffle plates available separately) which makes it easy to clean!
  • Use as a contact grill, panini press, full griddle, half grill/half griddle or as a full grill
  • Cooking plates drain grease - makes healthy cooking easy!
  • Easy to use
  • Comes with a nice variety of recipes
Cuisinart says, "The Cuisinart® Griddler® makes “multi-functional” an understatement! With five separate cooking options, it can handle everything from pancakes to sausages to grilled cheese to steaks, hamburgers and panini. A floating cover and one set of reversible plates that snap in and out turn the Griddler® into a Contact Grill, a Panini Press, a Full Grill, a Full Griddle, or Half Grill/Half Griddle. Dual temperature controls ensure everything is perfectly cooked!"

I like to grill food, but often - since I live in Michigan, this means grilling inside - which means I typically use the broiler in my oven. But, especially if I'm just cooking for my husband and I, I'd rather not use the broiler. The Griddler is perfect when cooking for a few - or for a lot since it can fold open to use as a full grill, too!

I'm very happy for the opportunity to give one Griddler away (USA only)! If you are over the age of 18 and would like to be in the drawing for the Cuisinart 5-in-1 Griddlerwhich will be on May 31, 2014, you may enter by commenting below to share the food you most enjoy fixing on a grill . . . for me it is a toss up between salmon and steak!

Additional entries in this give-away are available if you follow on Google+, Google Friend Connect, follow by liking on facebook with the tab at this link (not just liking the post) and/or have followed grandma's cookie jar by email. For each of these which you have done you will receive one entry. In addition, if you "share" this post, you'll receive an additional entry (please let me know if you share!) This will help me be able to draw names from among people who would like to win the Cuisinart 5-in-1 Griddler and it gives you several ways to enter the give-away! Thank you for reading grandma's cookie jar and for sharing it with the people you know!
