This fun little story is one which will have young children, "delighted" and so "excited!" They will be filled with "glee" and shout, "Yippee!"

There's spinning and pinning, high-fiving and jiving, and munching, crunching, and buggy-food lunching. But when it all ends, Monster must leave his fun-loving friends. There's crying and sighing—until Monster discovers a happy surprise waiting for him at home. This wacky celebration will be a hit with kids!"
Monster Party! is a fun story and I'm delighted for the opportunity to give one away (USA only). If you are over the age of 18, live in the USA and would like to be included in this give-away, which will be on August 20, 2014, you may enter by commenting below to tell me what kind of birthday parties you gave your children . . . my two had birthdays only 11 months apart, so one year I gave them a circus theme party! We had cupcakes baked in ice cream cones, made "circus" posters and played, feed the elephant (try to get a peanut in a paper towel tube, pin the tail on the lion and the children made circus animal masks from paper plates! It was fun!

ReplyDeleteMore recently, I've helped throw birthday parties for my grandsons. Some of the themes include fire trucks, cars, sharks, and sesame street.

My daughter had a variety of parties at home and so outside the home like bowling, skating, Chuck E Cheese. My son had his last party at Chuck E Cheese.
