2014 Christmas Give-Away - Scottish Fold Kitten Puppet

For a number of years I've been reviewing and giving away amazing puppets from Folkmanis; I'm happy to say, this year I have four more puppets to review which they sent me in exchange for my reviews . . . and I will be giving one of them away!

Folkmanis Scottish Fold Kitten Hand Puppet

Folkmanis says; "A newly popular and distinctive breed of cat, the sweet-faced Scottish Fold Kitten puppet features unique folded ears and a rounded face with large, broad-set eyes which convey this kitty's need for affection. Play with the moveable mouth and front paws of this white and blue-grey beauty and you'll see she is a purr-fact companion. Easy to feed and care for, just add lots of love and snuggly fun. This puppet measures 12 x 6 x 10 Inch (LxWxH)."

I love the color, size and softness of this little "kitten"! If you have a person on your gift list who loves kittens, this little one would make a wonderful gift!

Folkmanis Dolphin Hand Puppet

Folkmanis says; "With two-handed movement, this Dolphin puppet can leap and play as you animate the head and fluke in wave-like motion. It also features a movable mouth. Known for their intelligence and social nature, this dolphin is a perfect match for conservation education and story time. Easy to feed and care for, just add lots of love and snuggly fun. This puppet measures 16 x 6 x 6 inches (LxWxH)."

Dolphins are such unique and amazing creatures; Folkmanis has done a great job capturing the dolphin in the details and design of this puppet! If you have someone on your gift list who loves dolphins; surprise them with this beautiful puppet from Folkmanis!

Folkmanis Golden Retriever Hand Puppet

Folkmanis says; "Ready to adopt, this loving and gentle Golden Retriever puppet is already house trained. Friendly, loyal and social, this cuddly canine has soft golden plush and a movable mouth which allows it to give lots of licks and kisses. Easy to feed and care for, just add lots of love and snuggly fun. This puppet measures 21 x 12 x 9 Inch (LxWxH)."

This puppet is so soft and beautiful . . . it would make a wonderful gift for the college student on your list! (Or for someone who lives where they can not have a real Golden Retriever!) Folkmanis paid such attention to detail, design and quality - this puppet is so plush and realistic!
Folkmanis Wolf Pup Hand Puppet

Folkmanis says; "More cuddly than fierce, this tawny brown and white Wolf Pup puppet is fresh from the den with fluffy, soft fur to keep both you and him warm this winter. His sweet expressive face features perky ears, brilliant blue eyes and a movable muzzle. Not the lone wolf type, this gregarious little guy will prey on you for lots of love to surely become a leader of your puppet pack. Easy to feed and care for, just add lots of love and snuggly fun. This puppet measures 13 x 8 x 7 Inch (LxWxH)."

Adorable is a word which aptly describes this little wolf pup puppet! It is so sweet . . . again, it shows all the quality I have come to expect from Folkmanis puppets! (I gave this one to my grand-nephew . . . from what I hear, it is well-loved!)

All four of these puppets are so much more than just a puppet . . . with the attention to details, design and quality Folkmanis is known for, they are also plush, huggable, friends to any who receive them!

I'm very happy to say the give-away this year is the Folkmanis Scottish Fold Kitten Hand Puppet (USA only)! If you are over the age of 18 and would like to be in the drawing (USA only) which will be on November 21, 2014, please comment below to let me know if you have, or ever had a kitten - when I was little my parents gave me a beautiful white Angora kitten one year .  . . well, actually, I had a grey stripe tiger cat which didn't particularly get along with my family. When we went on vacation, my parents had a friend on a farm keep it for us. When we returned, my dad convinced me to let it stay and let me choose a new kitten from the farm to take it's place - the one I chose was a white, fluffy angora kitten! It ran under a barn wagon, so my dad had to crawl under the wagon to get it for me! I named her, Snowflake!

In addition, you will receive additional entries if you have followed on Google+, Google Friend Connect, followed by liking on facebook with the tab at this link (not just liking the post) and/or have followed grandma's cookie jar by email. 1. My daughter in law posted a photo of my grandson playing with a calico today - he was carrying it around and it had a look on it's face like, "I'm used to being packed around by children - don't particularly like it, but I'm used to it."

  6. I've had several kittens over the years. Unfortunately, the older I have become, the more allergic to cats I have become. I would love another kitten.
