just as grandma's cookie jar should always be full of good things, this blog will be full of good ideas, information, activities and reviews of things to help grandma . . . and grandpa, mom and dad too . . . pass on a heritage of faith to the children in their lives!
crafting with grandma - Arm Knit a Scarf in 30 Minutes!
Over the years I've shared patterns for crocheting/knitting scarves, hats, blankets and other things - often I have people who comment how they like the pattern, but do not know how to crochet/knit. So, this morning when I was browsing on Pinterest, I saw a pattern I knew I had to share with you! If you do not know how to knit - the tutorial which you'll find at this link, shows you step by step how to arm knit a scarf in just 30 minutes! Easy and quick, this is a great idea for a gift you could make for people on your list and a pattern you could show to your grandchildren so they could make scarves for the people on their gift list - or make scarves to give to people in need! So, have you ever tried to "arm-knit"? If not, do you think it is something you might try?
