Zonderkidz says; "In the newest Berenstain Bear Living Lights title, The Berenstain Bears God Bless Our Country, the glorious fourth has arrived and the Bear family is busy decorating with flags and bunting. Brother, Sister and Honey are anticipating the big parade and all the fireworks, but aren’t really thinking about the true meaning of the day. Mama and Papa make sure the cubs know just how much Bear Country is blessed with a quick lesson about the first Fourth of July."
I think The Berenstain Bears God Bless Our Country is a fun book for little ones - any fan of the Berenstain Bears is sure to enjoy it! I'm very happy to say, not only did Zonderkidz send me one to review, but they are making another available for me to give away - on May 16, 2015 (USA only)! If you are over the age of 18 and would like to be in the drawing for The Berenstain Bears God Bless Our Country, please comment below to let me know if you participated in Fourth of July bike parades when you were a child - I did; I remember decorating my bike with crepe paper and riding in the parade with the other children in our small town!

ReplyDeleteI've never participated in a parade, but the fireworks in my hometown were set off right across the street so we had the best view with no traffic! I follow by email, FB and have shared!
ReplyDeleteWe never had a bike parade, I sure wish we had.
