Scoop Sheet Pan
USAPan
Favorite Features -
- Raised side - the "scoop" makes it easier to carry the pan and to put it in and take it out of the oven
- Corrugated design - gives pan a sturdy feel
- Easy to use and easy to clean!
- Made in the USA
USA Pan says; "Our bakeware has been designed with many of the same standard features of industrial baking pans. Each pan is constructed of aluminized steel, the material of choice for commercial bakeries. Metal thicknesses have been selected that allow even heat distribution and maximum service life. Our pans also use steel wires in the rim construction of most pans to provide additional strength and resist warping. Each pan is coated with AMERICOAT© Plus, a proprietary silicone coating that nearly all North American bakers prefer over dark non-stick coatings. AMERICOAT© Plus is a clear non-stick, environmentally friendly coating which is specifically formulated for superior baking and does not contain any PTFE’s or PFOA’s. Another unique feature of USA Pan bakeware is the corrugated, or fluted, design. The corrugation maximizes pan strength and prevents warping, denting and other effects of everyday use. Corrugation also minimizes surface contact with baked goods which translates into an evenly baked product which is easily released."
I really like baking with this pan - will be replacing my old cookie sheets with more of these for sure! I'm so happy USA Pan sent me one to review and am delighted they made another available for me to give away on May 14, 2015 (USA only)! If you are over the age of 18 and would like to be in the drawing for the USA Pan 10x14 Scoop Sheet Pan, please comment below to let me know your favorite thing to back on sheet pans - for me it has to be cookies for sure!

My kids love it when I make Cinnamon-Toast Coffee Cake. We call it "Crack-in-a-Pan" because it's so good and so addictive that you can't have just one piece.
