Thank You & I'd Sincerely Appreciate Your Help

For four years I've been writing grandma's cookie jar . . . writing about passing on a heritage of faith to our grandchildren along with including fun crafts, recipes, science projects, activities for us to do with our grandchildren and reviews of books, toys, games, candles, pens, appliances, movies and many more things - many of which I've also been able to give away as well! It has been a lot of fun and I look forward to continuing to do this for many more years!

One of the best things from writing is I've been able to get to know so many of you who read grandma's cookie jar when you comment . . . I sincerely believe grandma's cookie jar (and I) have been blessed with amazing readers! I absolutely appreciate all of you and am so grateful you take time out of your day to read my little blog!

I am very excited for some of the new projects I'm working on - projects which relate to being a grandma and more importantly, which will hopefully help and serve grandmas and grandpas across the country - and even potentially around the world - as we focus on passing on a heritage of faith to our grandchildren. We all know how much we enjoy doing fun things with our grandchildren - and doing so is part of being a grandparent, but the most important thing we can do is to pass on a heritage of faith to our grandchildren.

One project I've been working on is a book about doing exactly this. The name of my book may make you smile; Why it is Impossible to Spoil Grandchildren; and Other Important Facts for Grandparents, and Parents, too! The chapters are completed and I'm working on the cover - it is my hope to have it ready to release by the beginning of August!

I'd really love to add tips, ideas and insights from grandparents . . . I would sincerely appreciate if you would share one of your favorite things to do with your grandchildren, best tips and/or insights - something you have learned from being a grandparent. If you are willing to help me complete this book by sharing your best tip, idea and/or insight, please comment below or email me - lyndagcj@gmail.com. It would be so much fun to include these things from those of you who read grandma's cookie jar!
