Special Birthday Month Giveaway on May 4, 2016 - Leopard Shark Puppet!

In a month and a few days grandma's cookie jar will be five years old! It is hard to believe I've been writing this blog for five years now, but apparently I have! So, this means it is time to celebrate! I love celebrating birthdays and the most fun way to celebrate grandma's cookie jar's birthday, is by giving some fun gifts away! I'd love to have enough items to give something to everyone, but while I do not have 1200 + items, I do have 14 or so, which means I'll get to give something away every other day for the month of May! And, who knows??? Maybe I'll round up a few more items to give away, too!

So much fun!!!

I'm very happy to announce a fun prize . . . a plush, Leopard Shark puppet from Folkmanis! They are one of my favorite toy manufacturers as they make the most amazing puppets which are so plush and huggable - they are great stuffed toys, too!

Leopard Shark
Made by - Folkmanis Puppets

Favorite Features -
  • Measures 22 inches long
  • This shark is one which will encourage imagination and curiosity in your grandchildren!
  • It is a great option for boys and older grandchildren, too!
  • I love the pattern in the fabric - clearly a leopard shark!
  • Unique - it isn't every day you see a leopard shark puppet!
Folkmanis says; "The perfect accessory to your decor or wardrobe, this Leopard Shark  puppet from Folkmanis sports a rich fantasy leopard jacquard. His teeth are soft vinyl, so even if he catches you, you'll feel no pain from this sleek, but chic puppet. Ideal for use in interactive stage and puppet theater, Folkmanis Puppets are also great for teaching, daycare, school, pretend play, games and parties, or to pair with a book for storytelling. Easy to feed and care for, just add lots of love and snuggly fun. This puppet measures 22 x 10 x 6 inches (LxWxH)."

I think this Leopard Shark puppet is a lot of fun - one children, teens and adults will enjoy and one which will encourage fun and imagination! As with all Folkmanis puppets, this one shows how they pay attention to detail, design and quality - it is an excellent puppet!

I'm very happy to say not only did Folkmanis sent me this puppet to review and give away (USA only)! On May 4, 2016 I'm going to give away one Leopard Shark puppet, so if you are over the age of 18, live in the USA, and would like to be in the drawing for one Leopard Shark puppet, please comment below to tell me about the shark which you think is the most interesting. While I think leopard sharks are interesting, I do think it is difficult to top the whale shark! I love their markings and they are so enormous!!! Very cool!

In addition, if you have followed in Google Friend Connect, followed by liking on facebook with the tab in the "Find us on Facebook" box ON THE BLOG, or at this link (not just liking the post) and/or have followed grandma's cookie jar by email, you will receive one entry for each of these which you have done. 4. I think the great white shark is the most interesting. I know they have found some off the coast by me, but pretty far away. One was chewing on a dead whale.
