So, when Zondervan invited me to take a look at a new coloring book which they were releasing, I said, "Yes!". They sent me Wonders of Creation: Illustrations to Color and Inspire to review . . . and are making another available for me to give away!
Wonders of Creation: Illustrations to Color and Inspire
Illustrators - Cindy Wilde and Pimlada Phuapradit
Publisher - Zondervan
Favorite Features -
- Interesting information about the number and types of creatures God created
- 91 pages of creatures - many with backgrounds where you might find them
Zondervan says; "Wonders of Creation: Illustrations to Color and Inspire explores the wonders of our created world though detailed black-and-white illustrations—each one ready to be filled with the hues of your imagination. From amazing Eden-esque gardens to the creatures God made which still ramble through our world, this ninety-one-page book offers hours of coloring inspiration and relaxation for any age."
I would have loved the addition of Scripture verses on each page, but Wonders of Creation: Illustrations to Color and Inspire is a fun gift for yourself to enjoy, or to give to someone you know who is a fan of these types of intricate coloring books. Depending on the age of your grandchildren - you could try coloring your way through it together and as you color, talk about the amazing creatures God created!
As I mentioned above, not only did Zondervan send one copy of Wonders of Creation: Illustrations to Color and Inspire for me to review, but they are making another available for me to give away (USA only)! If you live in the USA, are over the age of 18 and would like to be included in this giveaway - which will be on May 8, 2016, please comment below to tell me about a creature you would enjoy coloring . . . I think I'd love to color a tiger or okapi.
