Christmas Review & Giveaway - RISK®: Star Trek™ 50th Anniversary Edition

Many of us remember the original game of RISK from our childhood . . . where world domination was the goal and you had to develop a strategy to out-think and out-maneuver your opponent to achieve your goal. Well, USAopoly has a new "take" on the old game of RISK - this time it is Risk Star Trek 50th Anniversary Edition and if you - or someone on your gift list - is a fan of Star Trek and Risk, this is a great idea for them!

  • Includes Alpha and Beta quadrants, captain's logs, customized cards, tokens and dice, game guide, and more.
  • Encourages strategy, patience, sportsmanship and fun
  • Great game for the family to play together
USAopoly says; "Q has brought together Captains Kirk, Picard, Sisko, Janeway and Archer to see who of them would be the best Starfleet commander. Join the adventure as you take on the role of a captain, assemble your team, command your ships, and complete your quests in an epic journey across the galaxy."

As I mentioned, if someone you know is a fan of Star Trek, this is a game they will enjoy! I love the quality of the pieces and the way it will get family members and/or friends interacting together and having fun for hours! With all the focus today on electronic/tech games, sometimes an "old-fashioned" board game can be a great option and Risk Star Trek 50th Anniversary Edition game is definitely this!

USAopoly sent me one game to review and they are making another available for me to give away on November 22, 2016 (USA only)! If you live in the USA, are over the age of 18 and want to enter the giveaway for the Risk Star Trek 50th Anniversary Edition gameplease comment below to let me know your favorite board game when you were a child - I really loved playing Careers.

  21. My favorite game was always Monopoly! I don't play it as much anymore because it's an easy way to make people upset.
