I love fixing the menu of choice for family members on their birthdays! My daughter-in-law's birthday is a couple weeks away and she has requested a chocolate mousse pie. I have been wanting to try making a French Silk Chocolate Mousse Pie for some time - one without raw eggs, so today I looked on-line and found a recipe, which I'm sharing with you today.
