Peanut butter no bake cookies. 1 1/4 cup honey 1/2 cup peanut butter smooth or crunchy 7 cups rice crispy cereal Heat the honey but do not boil. Stir in peanut butter. Pour over cereal and stir. Pour in a greased jelly roll pan. Let cool and cut into squares.
I love baking cookies! Now that gardening and canning season are winding down, I hope to have more time to bake. My children love making cookies with me best of all. We mostly make Snickerdoodles and chocolate chip cookies. Gayle's recipe above sounds so yummy. Sadly, both of my kids are allergic to nuts and peanuts. But sunbutter could be a good substitute for peanutbutter. I am looking forward to seeing the recipes your readers submit.
