Throw-back Thursday . . . on this day when we all feel grief and loss, it is helpful to remember God loves us and He is with us, no matter how we feel. Look at this verse in a couple different translations - "I will always love you" and "I have loved you with a love that lasts forever."
We may have days where the sadness we feel causes us to question God's "everlasting" love, but it is especially in those times when we need to draw near to Him. When we need to remind our grandchildren how God will, "always love" them and His love for them, "lasts forever". We need to remind ourselves of this truth as well, so today, on this sad day, please allow me to remind you; God's love lasts forever.
