Do you have a grandchild or son/daughter who has to make a big decision? Do you have any big decisions facing you? Do you have grandchildren who are learning what it means to make wise choices and to trust God? Model what this looks like and tell them your own "Faith History" of how God has shown Himself faithful as you made decisions throughout your life.
Help them look at making wise choices and trusting God as an opportunity to see God work in your lives and add to your "Faith History" - especially when you can not figure things out.
And pray for them. Ask God to help them make wise choices - consider using this prayer . . . Dear God, thank You for Your faithful leading in my life and the lives of the ones I love. Please help them make wise choices as they go through this day and learn to trust You more and more. Thank You for Your great love for us; I love You, too! Amen.
