Dr. Seuss & Science Projects, Too!

Dr. Seuss Inspired Science ActivitiesThis morning as I browsed on Pinterest I found a pin for 30 Dr. Seuss Inspired Science Projects and just had to check it out! My grandsons have been fans of Dr. Seuss and they love science projects, so a combination of the two has to be great fun!

You'll find all 30 projects at this link, but my favorites are . . .

  • sound hunt inspired by Mr. Brown Can Moo! Can You?
  • Explore shadows and talk about the shape of objects inspired by The Shape of Me and Other Stuff
  • Make fizzy footprints inspired by the Foot Book
As you see, these are simple projects which children are able to do - and which also give you a great opportunity to enjoy a story from Dr. Seuss along with the project!

Check the projects and see if you find any you could enjoy with your grandchildren/children! Which ones do you think you might like the most?
