
Sometimes when I cook burgers I put shredded, sharp cheddar cheese in the middle of the burger patty, then sprinkle pepper (this year I'm going to use the four pepper blend from the Spice House) sprinkle with garlic powder and a touch of pink Himalayan salt. Then grill or broil or even fry for a tasty burger combo! For my husband I add in chopped sweet onions and some mushrooms.
One of the fun things about burgers, is you are able to add whatever you like to make your own special burger - what do you add to your burgers?
