It is National Make a Dog's Day

Today is National Make a Dog's Day and since my husband and I have three "grand-dogs" we love, I guess today is a fun day to celebrate! If you have a dog you love or are thinking about adding a dog to your family, today is a day to celebrate!

My family has had basset hounds over the years - my daughter currently has Rosie a basset she rescued, so I thought it would be fun to share with you this hilarious video for a basset hound group . . . there is sadness - "a vast desert completely devoid of basset hounds" there is joy - "found by the hounds" and a very happy ending - "more glorious than a billion sunsets!" My youngest grandson loves the, "more glorious" saying!
