My grandsons enjoy pancakes. Since they will be at my house tomorrow morning as they are sleeping over tonight, I am thinking I will fix oatmeal pancakes for breakfast - why not add the oats since they are very good for us!I found a recipe online - from Quaker Oats - and will give it a try. I think I'll add some of my Spice House Vanilla Sugar and Maple Sugar to the mix with a touch of their cinnamon for extra flavor.
