Book Review - May I Please Open a Present?

I recently received a box of books from Scholastic to review - so far I shared two of these books with you. Today I am going to write about the last three books in the box - all of these make fun Christmas gifts for the children you love!

May I Please Open a Present?

Author/Illustrator - Jennifer E. Morris

Publisher - Scholastic

Ages - Preschool and up

Favorite Features -

  • Fun, detailed, colorful illustrations
  • Sturdy board-book for little ones
  • Story every child will love with a surprise ending!
Scholastic says; "It's Christmas Eve -- almost time to open presents! But Alfie just can't wait any longer. Could he, pretty please, open his presents now? Read along with Alfie and laugh along with his hilarious attempts to convince his mom he should be allowed to open presents! A tender twist at the end makes this a perfect holiday story to share."

I found this story absolutely fun and adorable - my grandson liked it as well. This little book is sure to be a Christmas - and all year long - favorite!
