Do Not Stop - It Will Endure Forever

"ALL our pleasures and possessions are consigned to oblivion, but the legacy we leave for Christ will endure forever."

Psalm 78:4 - We will not hide them from their children, but tell to the coming generation the glorious deeds of the Lord, and his might, and the wonders that he has done.

Psalm 145:4 - One generation shall commend your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts.

Clearly God's best plan is for us, the older generation, to tell, not hide from, the younger generations about all the things He has done. This is what it means to hand down confident faith and it is the single-most important thing we will ever do with our lives as it is the one thing which will endure forever.

So, today, if you are handing down confident faith to the generations who follow you, do not stop. Please know what you are doing matters; truly matters. Even if you do not see it "taking hold", do not stop. Our job is to, "declare God's mighty acts"; it is God's "job" to use His words and the things He has done to draw the ones we love to Him. He is certainly best able to do this and we are able to trust Him to do so. Do not stop handing down confident faith.

Do not let anything stop you from connecting with them and making a difference. In the world in which we live today if this means getting a shot and/or wearing a mask - do these things! Don't let anything stop you. Get the resources we recommend and use them to equip you and to hand down confident faith. Get started and then, do not stop. 

Once again, our job is to, "declare God's mighty acts"; it is God's "job" to use His words and the things He has done to draw the ones we love to Him. He is certainly best able to do this and we are able to trust Him to do so. Get started and do not stop handing down confident faith . . . it will endure forever.
