Express Your Love in Powerful Ways All Year Long

February 14th is a day each year where we tend to think about the people in our lives who we love. We may even give them a gift to show our love in a tangible way. 

But making a determined and purposeful commitment to expressing our love in meaningful ways all year long is far, far more important than talking about or even showing love on this one day each year. When it comes to your grandchildren do not hold back on regularly telling them how much you love them. Consider the following ideas all year long . . . 

• Tell your grandchildren you love them. 
• Tell them how you believe God knew what He was doing when He created them. 
• Tell your grandchildren how happy you are God created them to be the boys or girls they are. 
• Tell your grandchildren how God did such a great job creating them. 
• Look for things your grandchildren do well and talk about it. 
• Talk about the "whys" - why they are able to believe God is real, the Bible is true, God and science do go together, and God is good, so they are able to have a confident faith.

Be sure your grandchildren know you believe they are amazing gifts from God's hand - it does make a difference!
