Hello! Today I thought I'd write about some ideas for Fourth of July fun since it is just a a few days away, so consider trying some of the following to celebrate this day with your grandchildren . . .
- Cover your yard with stars - make a template from cardboard then sift flour over the stars to leave your yard with white stars for the Fourth!
- Make a red, white, and blue wind sock by cutting the bottom off a two-liter bottle of soda, punch holes around the bottom and tie strips of red, white and blue plastic through the holes - you could use plastic tablecloths to make the strips. Decorate with star stickers and hang around your porch and from low branches.
- Get white t-shirts and t-shirt spray paint in red and blue - spray your own designs, or use cardboard templates to make the shapes of stars for your own stars and stripes t-shirts!
