This morning as I browsed on Pinterest I found a pin for 30 Dr. Seuss Inspired Science Projects and just had to check it out! My grandsons were fans of Dr. Seuss when they were younger and they love science projects, so a combination of the two has to be great fun!
- A sound hunt inspired by Mr. Brown Can Moo! Can You?
- Explore shadows and talk about the shape of objects inspired by The Shape of Me and Other Stuff
- Make fizzy footprints inspired by the Foot Book
As you see, these are simple projects which children are able to do - and which also give you a great opportunity to enjoy a story from Dr. Seuss along with the project!
Check the projects and see if you find any you could enjoy with your grandchildren/children! Which ones do you think you might like the most?
