While we likely have more days behind us than we do before us, if we are still breathing and our heart is continuing to beat, we have at least today; we have now. It is up to us how we spend the hours in this day - the hours before us now. We are able to use them to make a difference in the lives of the ones we love -an eternal difference.

So, don't think you do not have anything of value to offer, because you are older. The truth is you have time now and are able to use this time to make an eternal difference. Don't believe the messages you hear from the world around you, because you are older you do not know what is going on, are out of touch, and are not able to make a difference. The truth is you have time now and are able to use this time to make an eternal difference in the lives of the ones who matter the most to you in the areas which matter the most. Do not believe, because you live far from your grandchildren, you are not able to make a difference. The truth is you have time now and are able to use this time to make an eternal difference in the lives of the ones who matter the most to you in the areas which matter the most.

How might you use this time you have now to make an eternal difference? Consider the following ideas . . .

• Of course, pray. Your prayers do make a difference, whether you are able to see answers right away, or not. God has promised to hear, listen to, and answer your prayers, so pray. Do not give up on praying. Praying grandmas - and grandpas - do make a difference. This absolutely is the truth. Use the time you have now to make an eternal difference by praying.
• Take every opportunity to share Bible truth and the "whys" for believing in God and trusting the Bible with confidence.
