cooking with grandma - Oatmeal Pancakes

My grandsons enjoy pancakes. When making pancakes for them I try to remember to add some oats - why not add the oats since they are very good for us!

I found a recipe online - from Quaker Oats - and will give it a try. I think I'll add some of my Spice House Vanilla Sugar and Maple Sugar to the mix with a touch of their cinnamon for extra flavor.
