grandma's cookbook - Caramel Apple Oatmeal Cookies!

Oatmeal cookies are one of my personal, favorite kinds of cookies! And, what isn't there to enjoy about caramel and apples??!!! So, combining the two should actually be a simple conclusion, but until this morning this combination never occurred to me! 

You'll find the recipe at this link . . . don't you think this cookie would make a wonderful cookie for chilly fall days? And for snowy winter days? And for Spring days when flowers start blooming once again? And for sunny Summer days? Well, pretty much for any day!!!

This cookie would be a wonderful tasty treat to have your grandchildren help you make and then take to an elderly neighbor or shut in to brighten their day, too!
