It is very easy at Christmas for our grandchildren to become distracted by all the lights, special events and gifts and forget why we celebrate Christmas. So, to help keep the focus on Jesus, consider having your grandchildren (children) make some of these wonderful Nativity crafts I found on Pinterest. (You will find them at this link.)I especially love the nativity rocks and the idea on the pallet nativity - you could also use this one to have your grandchildren decorate "pinch" wooden clothespins and make ornaments they will be able to put in their tree.
