As 2022 comes to an end and 2023 begins, if you are looking for a few fun craft ideas which you can enjoy with your grandchildren, take a look at these ideas I found on Pinterest . . .
- This Handprint Poem craft is really simple - you just need a printer, paper, scissors, glue, crayons, and and fun stickers, glitter, etc. you want to add. If you make this craft with your grandchildren, help them think of specific "good things" they can do with their hands and then plan with them to do some of them to brighten the day of people they know! Share with them Colossians 3:17, "Whatever you say or do should be done in the name of the Lord Jesus, as you give thanks to God the Father because of him."
- Work together to make a 2022 Time Capsule Jar and fill it with things which remind them of 2022. As you work on this talk together about the things they learned throughout the year and be sure to spend time talking with God to thank Him forhow He held you all in His hands through difficult and good times!
- I especially like this Door Hanger craft as you can print it out and then help your grandchildren think about the specific things they can do to grow closer to Jesus in 2023! Work together to find a Bible verse to put on their door hangers which they can learn and think about all year!
