  • Favorite Features -
    • sturdy board book design
    • part of the "Slide & See" series
    • short, simple text
    • children are sure to enjoy the "sliding" pages
    • colorful illustrations
    • encourages animal/home recognition
I love these little board books - as did the 2 year old I showed them to! Children will be delighted by the simple stories featuring animals and homes and will feel a sense of accomplishment as they learn the stories and are able to "read" the book "by themselves"! My grandson loves to "read" these books . . . and I love it when he "reads" them to me!

When you read these books to your grandchildren, talk with them about where they live and who their mama is. Have your grandchildren identify the animals, their homes and the sounds they make. Consider going for a walk with your grandchildren and see how many of the animals, homes and mamas you are able to find. Pray with your grandchildren to thank God for their home and for their mama and for your grandchildren, too!
