Just 13 Days Until I Give Away an American Girl Kanani Doll!

In just 13 days, on November 20th, I'm giving away an American Girl Kanani doll! So . . . what do you have to do to be entered in this drawing? First of all, you need to "like" grandma's cookie jar using the tab in the "find us on facebook box" ON THE BLOG - it looks like this . . .

You receive one entry in this drawing for "liking" grandma's cookie jar. Please tell me who you would give the Kanani doll to if you win it . . . I'm hoping whoever wins it will give it to a girl they know who otherwise would not be able to have an American Girl doll. Then, if you share my daily posts using the "share" tab on my facebook posts - it looks like this . . .
 ·  ·  · 20 hours ago
or the share "button" on the post on the blog - it looks like this . . .

(use the one with the "facebook" "f")you receive an additional entry each time you "share" (feel free to comment when you share if you like to tell me you shared). This is all there is to it. On November 20th I'll have a drawing and will give away one American Girl Kanani doll!

And don't forget . . . on December 1st I'm giving away the American Girl Marie-Grace doll, too!

  1. I would love to share this doll with a little girl that I have been mentoring in our Children's Ministry. She has been going through a tremendously difficult time as a parent has abandoned her. I believe this would be a special comfort for her during this time. I know gifts don't replace loss but through some extra care and attention I think that all we are doing that this could be a special piece of that therapy. I would be honored to receive and give this wonderful gift away.

  2. I would like to give this to my niece who has struggled ever since she was a baby to just do the normal things kids do...walking etc. Her parents aren't well off and I feel this would be a really special gift for her :0)

  3. My daughter is eleven years old and just adores American Girl dolls! She has a poster filled with pictures of Kanani and all of her accessories hanging on her closet door. My girl has wanted Kanani since she first saw her. Thank you so much for such a generous give-a-way! <3

  5. I'd give Kanani to my sister. Our family is really struggling to get by and she has dealt with and sacrificed a lot to try and help out as best as she can. I would really love to give her a good Christmas...and this would definitely be the way to do that!

I 'liked' and shared 2 posts also!

Thank you so much for doing this! I know one girl (whether it be my sister or not) will be very happy. :)

  7. I would love to give this to my 6 year old daughter, we get the American Girl catalogs, and I can not afford to get her one. I do not think she really understands that paying that much for a doll is hard to do. jesslubsbrian at yahoo dot com Thanks, ans I am very glad that I found your blog!
