Fun Dino Matching Game . . . I'm Giving Two Away!

This morning I was working on my posts when I received a wonderful surprise . . . my daughter in law Jackie came over with my grandsons, Josiah and Caleb! What a delight! While they were here, Josiah "found" a game I recently got in for review, so we played it and I have to say, it is a wonderful game for young children! Not only am I now able to tell you about this game, but also let you know The Learning Journey is making two available for me to give away!

Match It! Make It - Dinosaurs
By - the Learning Journey
Ages 3+

Favorite Features -
  • sturdy design made with heavy-duty cardboard - this game will hold up to lots of playing!
  • encourages matching, memory, fine motor skills, learning body parts, color matching, playing by the rules, taking turns and good sportsmanship . . . plus fun! This game definitely encourages fun!
  • colorful pieces add to the fun
The basic idea for this game is a cross between a memory game and a puzzle by having players find and match the colors and parts they need to build their dino. When they find a part to their dino, they are able to work on building the dino. The first one who completes their dino, wins! This game is very easy to learn and lots of fun to play! Josiah loved it . . . plus he loved "flying" his dino around to show everyone when he built it!

As I mentioned, not only did the Learning Journey send one for me to review, but they are making two more available for me to give away (USA only)!  If you have followed grandma's cookie jar with Google Friend Connect and/or "Follow grandma's cookie jar by email", then you are entered in the drawing which will be on August 14, 2012.
