grandma's cookbook - Chocolate & Peanut Butter Bugles!

Peanut Butter filled Bugles dipped in chocolate. mmm, sweet and saltyAs I browsed on Pinterest the other day, I saw a recipe which looked like something grandchildren would love to make . . . and eat! I thought it might make a fun treat to fix on a rainy day in the summer . . . if such a day actually happens this year . . . at least where I live! It could also be the perfect snack to make with your grandchildren when they have a sleep-over at your house! The snack? Chocolate and Peanut Butter Bugles!

Just follow this link and you'll find a recipe complete with photo tutorial for making these wonderful treats! They are sure to become a favorite snack to enjoy when at grandma's house, so you will need to be sure to keep Bugles, peanut butter, powdered sugar and chocolate on hand!

When you make these yummie treats, make a few extra and have your grandchildren take them to someone who needs to have their day brightened . . . . just be sure they do not have any peanut allergies! I like having Josiah share with others when he has a treat because while I believe some people are have the gift of generosity, I do believe a generous spirit can be cultivated in anyone! Enjoy!
