Summer Reading - Little Owl Lost

Last year I shared a review of a book I just loved - Oh No, George!, so when I had the opportunity to review a new book by the same author, I was very happy to do so!

Little Owl Lost
By - Chris Haughton
Publisher - Candlewick Press
Ages - 2+

Favorite Features -
  • Sturdy board book will hold up to little hands and little ones "reading" it
  • Sweet story about a little, lost owl looking for his mommy
  • Encourages children to identify owls, bears, bunnys and frogs
My grandson Caleb - who will be two in one week - loved this book! He had great fun identifying the animals the squirrel throught was the little, lost owl's mommy - and I'm happy to say, he knew each time those animals were NOT the little, lost owl's mommy! Sweet, simple and fun, Little Owl Lost is a book your youngest grandchildren are sure to enjoy!
