Children's Day & Summer Book Review - Bored Panda

I'm SO happy to share another book with you today for my Children's Day & Summer Book Review - this one is from Random House and it one you and the children you love are absolutely certain to enjoy! Bored Panda by Mike Bender and illustrated by Chuck Dillon is a story which is filled with fun and an important message for the children we love as well - delivered in a story with a panda, so they will easily "get" the message.

Favorite Features -

  • I love the illustrations - the details and colors add to the fun for this story.
  • I find the story of the little panda who couldn't use his tech and ended up so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, well, you get the idea, so bored absolutely relatable to the children I love. You will see the connection - and so will the children you love!
  • I LOVE how the little panda discovers there are SO many ways for them to be so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, well, you get the idea, so NOT bored!
Random House says, "For Panda, there is NOTHING worse than being bored. It's just so...boring. But what's a tech-loving panda to do when there's no electricity? Skeptical the great outdoors will cure his boredom, Panda nonetheless sets out on a day full of surprises. They might even turn out to be fun surprises!

From the duo behind The Most Serious Fart comes a very not boring tale about how boredom is never really boredom--it's a chance to discover all the fun waiting to be had!"

Being in nature and around art is good for our soul and mental health, so I LOVE how this fun story with the completely adorable panda will help children - and the adults who love them - consider how being in nature and around art is something they can enjoy, too! Bored Panda is the perfect book to give the children you love for Children's Day and for Summer Reading Fun - it is certain to become a favorite story for them to have you read to them - and for them to read on their own as well! You will find it at this link.
