A Family of Her Own for Candy

I often review books for children from a number of publishers and always enjoy the books which tell a great story and have colorful illustrations. If the books also find a way to involve the children in the story, then the book is likely to get a high review from me. So, when I write stories for children, I work to be sure all these things are covered in my stories and my Candy the Kitten . . . and Me books definitely do these things! Today I want to share with you one of the books in this series - A Family of Her Own for Candy.

In this book children will get to meet Candy, a sweet little calico kitten. They will learn with Candy as she begins to explore the world around her and wonder with Candy what it will be like for her to one day have a family of her own. Children will journey with Candy as she ends up at the Humane Society and celebrate when Candy does get a family of her own!

Children will also be able to write and draw about their own family - or have a parent or grandparent take a photo which they are able to put in their book! 

A Family of Her Own for Candy is filled with colorful pictures of Candy and a story children will love! If you add some markers or crayons or colored pencils with this book, (which you will find at this link) they will make a wonderful gift for a child you love!
