Celebrate National Apple Day with Mini Apple Pies!

Tomorrow, October 21st is National Apple Day, so it is the perfect day to make Mini Apple Pies! I found a recipe on-line for making little apple pies - you'll find it at this link.

If you have large heart cookie cutters you could use them to cut pie crust hearts to put on the top of your mini apple pies - and then sprinkle the hearts with cinnamon and sugar before they are baked.

I think these little pies would make tasty a tasty way to celebrate National Apple Day! Enjoy!
