Each year after Thanksgiving dinner we put up our Christmas tree - either that evening, or on the weekend when my grands come over for a sleepover. They help decorate the tree and I am always so happy with the final look.
I enjoy my facebook memories - the photos from previous years of the grands decorating my tree - it has become a tradition - and a great way to start the Christmas season for sure!
Christmas is five days away, so I am making plans for Christmas Eve which is when my family gets together to celebrate - they matter and I want them to have memories of the times we spent together. It is part of building traditions.
