Lemon Cheesecake!

Do you have plans to gather your family and spend time together on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day this year? My family is coming to my house on Christmas Eve and we are planning a charcuterie menu. I will have meats, cheeses, crackers, and plan to have rolls for those who think they also need a sandwich for a meal to be sufficient. Family will bring more ingredients, so I expect there will be no shortage of tasty items to enjoy. 

I'm also planning to make a lemon cheesecake in my instant pot. I don't really enjoy cheesecake - I find cream cheese to be too strong of a flavor for me, but I'm thinking lemon may offset this strong taste - time will tell, but I know my family will enjoy the cheesecake whether I do or not. If you would like to make a lemon cheesecake to enjoy with the ones you love, you will find the recipe I'm using at this link.
