Your Name in Satellite Images . . .

Have you heard about "Landsat"? NASA’s  "Your Name in Landsat"  project which allows you to spell your name using real satellite images of Earth’s landscapes, such as rivers, forests, and deserts shaped like letters? The tool uses over 50 years of data from the Landsat program to generate these images. 

Steps to follow -

1. Visit the website - you'll find it at this link.
2. Enter your name.
3. Download the look you like!
4. Repeat with the names of those you love!

NASA and the U.S. Geological Survey promote this each year around Earth Day to "showcase the beauty of our planet"! Enjoy!
