Now for my recipe -
- Place a peeled banana, broken into two or three pieces in your blender.
- Take the cup you will use and fill it about 1/2 inch from the top with ice and add milk (or coconut milk) to about 1/2 of the cup.
- Pour ice and milk into blender.
- Add one or two tablespoons of peanut butter.
- Add three or four teaspoons of cocoa - the baking type.
- Cover and blend.
