- CHIHULY: Turquoise Reeds & Ruby Froggy Feet & Striped Antlers - I especially love the color in these two pieces! They are in Vickie's Garden - between the American Horse and the Amphitheater.
- CHIHULY: Mottled Trumpet Flowers & Plum Feathers - I love the colors, shape, design of this piece. It is also in Vickie's Garden - between the American Horse and the Amphitheater, next to the Turquoise Reeds & Ruby Froggy Feet & Striped Antlers.
- CHIHULY: Yellow Herons - again, I love the color and how these pieces of glass do resemble birds. It is in the Japanese Garden near the waterfalls.
- CHIHULY: Float Boat - this piece is amazing! I love all the colors of all the float balls and how they fill the boat - what isn't there to love about this piece?! This is also in the Japanese Garden between the waterfalls and the Zig-Zag Bridge.
- CHIHULY: Turquoise and Erbium Flori - I do love the shape and colors of this piece - I also love their location in the water! You will find it by the Zig-Zag Bridge in the Japanese Garden.
While all of the pieces of art from Chihuly are beautiful, these are my personal favorites because of the color, design, and how well they fit in the places they are at Frederik Meijer Garden & Sculpture Park!
If you plan to visit Grand Rapids, Michigan, before November 1, 2026, absolutely plan to make a visit to Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park part of your visit - and if you live near Meijer Gardens - absolutely get a membership! I have very much enjoyed seeing Chihuly art during the Spring, and now into the Summer, and am looking forward to seeing it in the Fall - how amazing will this be! The color of the leaves on the trees (and in October with Mums at Meijer) combined with the vibrant beauty of Chihuly - it will be something to see and enjoy for sure! If you have a membership you will use it - over and over again!
So . . . visit Meijer Gardens and get ready to enjoy all of Chihuly - and you are sure to find a few of your own favorites as well!
