And for an animal you may not know much about, did you know Immortal Jellyfish revert to their polyp stage (this process is called transdifferentiation) and basically lets them "age" backwards - revert to being polyps and then "clone" themselves to make all new Immortal Jellyfish - which are identical to the original, meaning they don't "die", they just keep starting over again and again.
