grandma's cookbook - Creamy Mocha Coffee Caramels

I'm not sure which word "grabbed" your attention - "creamy", "mocha", "coffee", "caramel" or all four of them, but since all of my grands, but in particular one of them, love caramels, these words certainly "grabbed" my attention when I came across them on Pinterest! 

Just follow this link for the complete recipe - it looks pretty easy . . . and tasty, too! This could be a fun project to make with grandchildren - have them help you wrap the individual caramels when they are finished. Of course, grandchildren are excellent at "tasting", too - which as we all know, is an essential part of cooking! I even have a sign on my kitchen which reads; "Grandma's Kitchen - Tasters Welcome!" And, of course, they are!

Make a batch with your grandchildren and then go together to take some to a neighbor, your pastor, the church secretary, or one of their teachers to brighten their day, too! Have fun!
