Dahlia Show at Frederik Meijer Gardens - Today!

If you live around or near Grand Rapids, Michigan, then today is your opportunity to get out and enjoy some amazing flowers at the Frederik Meijer Gardens - today is the second, and final day in their Dahlia Show! Today, Aug. 27, from 11 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., at Meijer Gardens’ first-floor Covenant Learning Center. Admission is free for all. Meijer Gardens collaborates with local plant clubs every year to launch a collection of flower shows. Each show is free and open to the public.

In an article from mlive they said; "features dahlia horticulture, seedling and artistic arrangement displays submitted by the West Michigan Dahlia Society and other local society members.

“What’s amazing about this show is you have some tiny blooms which look like little pom-poms to some very large blooms which are as large as a dinner plate.”
